Construction waste refers to the excavated soil, discarded materials, and other wastes generated during the construction, renovation, expansion, and demolition of various buildings, structures, and municipal projects, as well as during the decoration and renovation of residential houses.
Construction waste, while classified as building debris, is not entirely devoid of value. After undergoing specialized equipment processing, including sorting, crushing, magnetic separation, and screening, it can be transformed into products such as recycled aggregates, recycled bricks, recycled concrete, subgrade cushions, and prefabricated components, enabling reuse. This process not only yields environmental benefits but also brings significant economic benefits.
Pre-screening: It is necessary to manually pre-screen and sort waste concrete, brick and tile fragments, and cement blocks, picking out the wood, steel bars, etc. mixed in to avoid damaging the machinery.
Crushing: After sorting, construction waste can be sent for crushing. There are both fixed crushers and mobile crushing stations available, which can crush large pieces of construction waste into various specifications of stones, machine-made sand, brick materials, etc.
Magnetic separation: Use magnetic separation equipment to remove waste metal from the finished product. If it is confirmed that the material does not contain metal, this step can be omitted.
Separation: Fabrics, plastics, and wood chips cannot be removed through magnetic separation, and sorting equipment is needed to separate these light substances.
Screening: The remaining finished products are conveyed to the vibrating screen for screening. The number of layers and particle size of the vibrating screen mesh can be customized according to the particle size requirements of the finished products.

Compared to fixed crushers, mobile equipment offers numerous advantages:

2. The mobile crushing station does not require a concrete foundation, making installation simple and quick. It can be completed in about 20 days, allowing for rapid commissioning. Additionally, it is easy to dismantle and convenient for later replacement at different crushing sites.
3. The integrated on-board system, comprising feeder, belt conveyor, crusher, and vibrating screen, boasts a high degree of integration, occupies a small area, and exhibits strong environmental adaptability. It is highly suitable for construction waste crushing projects with complex environments and limited work sites.
