There are three modes of resource utilization and reuse of construction waste: on-site utilization, decentralized treatment, and centralized treatment. Construction waste disposal projects can enjoy policy support such as franchising, project land use, disposal fees, and environmental protection special funds, which may vary depending on local policies. The Ministry of Construction stipulates that garbage disposal projects can have franchise rights for no more than 30 years, and enterprises can franchise for 10-30 years. There will be no new enterprises of the same type in the surrounding area, and products produced from recycled aggregates in construction waste can be exempted from taxes.

The recycling and reuse of construction waste can not only protect the environment and reduce its impact, but also save a lot of construction funds and resources by adopting scientific management and effective measures to reduce and reuse it.
