Since the reform and opening up, with the sustained high-speed development of the economy and the rapid expansion of urbanization, we have become the world's leading producer of household waste. The problems of arbitrary dumping of household waste, extensive occupation of land, serious environmental pollution, and massive waste of resources caused by this have become important factors affecting environmental protection and sustainable development. So, how to sort garbage? What is the conventional process flow of the household waste sorting production line? 

Due to the different components of the waste to be processed, the processing technology and equipment required are not fixed. This refers to one of the processing flows under normal circumstances.

Firstly, the garbage transport vehicle unloads the garbage in the garbage storage room and sprays deodorizer while unloading. The material is lifted by a double beam bridge crane and fed to a uniform feeder, which then transports the material to the Huining garbage sorting machine. It can separate all the large garbage in the garbage (with a sorting rate of 99%), separate more than 90% of the sand and soil in the garbage, and separate 25-35% of the organic waste. At the same time, it can break more than 90% of the larger bagged garbage, and the rest of the garbage to be processed can be sent to the bag crusher.

The bag crusher adopts an elongated shaft blade design, which can break medium and large bags. The shaft blade can be customized according to the composition of the garbage, and the humanized infinite variable speed design. PLC control can easily achieve forward rotation to break bags and reverse rotation to release entangled materials. The bag breakage rate is greater than 95%. You can open all unopened bags of garbage and break up any debris stuck to the plastic.

According to the principle of different specific gravity, landing point, particle size, and composition of the garbage processed by the bag crusher, urban household garbage can be sorted into ferromagnetic materials (including batteries), organic materials, non recyclable combustibles, film plastics, etc. through drum screens, air selection devices, particle selection devices, and magnetic separation devices.

The main treatment methods after garbage classification

(1) Organic waste: after hydrolysis, hydrothermal oxidation treatment to make fertilizer or using incinerator exhaust gas for drying before incineration;

(2) Sand and inorganic waste: used to produce environmentally friendly bricks or naturally fermented nutrient soil for soil improvement;

(3) Plastic waste: can be gasified for power generation, reused to produce plastic products, or used to produce bio cracking diesel;

(4) Ferromagnetic waste: recycling and reuse;

(5) Non recyclable combustible waste: incineration.
