Stale garbage in landfills refers to urban domestic garbage that has been filled or piled up in landfills for many years. Stale garbage is different from fresh garbage in that after years of degradation, some of the components have lost their original state and properties. Moreover, the adhesion between the components is relatively serious, which adds a certain degree of difficulty to screening.

 

The stale garbage treatment equipment in landfills is characterized by: it includes a plate conveyor, a large-scale integrated screen, a rotating belt conveyor and a winnowing machine. The front end of the plate conveyor is connected to the feed port of the large-scale integrated screen. The tail end of the plate conveyor is provided with an inverted U-shaped protective cover, which is arranged above the conveyor belt of the plate conveyor and fixed to the guard plates on both sides of the plate conveyor at both ends. A plurality of L-shaped material balancing rods are arranged above the plate conveyor. The material balancing rods include a support rod and a scraper rod vertically connected to the support rod. The support rods are spaced from the front end to the tail end of the plate conveyor and are staggered on the side panels of the plate conveyor. The large-scale integrated screen is fixed on the bracket. The bracket is set at an angle with the ground. The large-piece integrated screen consists of a screen drum, a feed port, a large-piece discharge port, a screen under material discharge port and a screen over material discharge port. The screen drum has a screen plate set on about 2/3 of the drum wall from front to back, and a screen grid set on about 1/3 of the drum wall. The outer cover of the screen drum is set with a shield. The front end of the screen drum is provided with a feed port, the bottom of the front end of the screen drum is provided with a screen under material discharge port, the rear end of the screen drum is provided with a large-piece discharge port, and the bottom of the rear end of the screen drum is provided with a screen over material discharge port. The screen drum is connected to the motor through a transmission device. The bottoms of the screen over material discharge port and the screen under material discharge port are both provided with a transfer belt conveyor, and the heads of the two transfer belt conveyors are respectively connected to the air separator.

 

The characteristics of the stale garbage treatment equipment in the landfill are as follows: the air separator is a multi-angle drum type, the drum air separator is placed on a frame, the frame has an inclination with the ground, a feed hopper is provided at the lower end of the drum, a feed port is provided above the feed hopper, a heavy material discharge port is provided below the feed hopper, the fan is installed at the front end of the feed hopper, a light material discharge port is provided at the lower end of the drum, heavy material guide baffles and light material guide baffles are spirally arranged from the lower end to the higher end in the drum, the spiral directions of the two guide baffles are opposite, a transfer belt conveyor is provided below the heavy material discharge port, and a magnetic separator is provided above the transfer belt conveyor at the bottom of the screen discharge port.

 

The stale garbage treatment equipment of the landfill belongs to the garbage treatment device. The plate conveyor is connected with the large integrated screen. A protective cover is arranged at the rear end of the plate conveyor. A plurality of material balancing rods are arranged above the plate conveyor. The material balancing rods include support rods and scraper rods vertically connected to the support rods. The support rods are arranged on the side plates of the plate conveyor at intervals from the front end to the rear end. The screen cylinder of the large integrated screen is provided with screen plates and screen grids. The screen cylinder is provided with a protective cover. The screen cylinder is provided with a feed port, a discharge port for underscreen, a discharge port for large pieces, and a discharge port for overscreen. Transfer belt conveyors are arranged at the bottom of the discharge port for overscreen and the discharge port for underscreen, and the heads of the two transfer belt conveyors are respectively connected with the air separator. The advantages of the utility model are: the garbage treatment capacity is large, the protective cover effectively reduces the failure rate of the plate conveyor, the material balancing rods play a certain protective role on the subsequent equipment, and the screening quality is improved.
