However, the sorting effect of solid waste sorting equipment is sometimes not ideal. After all, the complexity of solid waste is very high in many cases. Therefore, at this time, we need some auxiliary sorting equipment to increase the efficiency of sorting. Equipment that can increase sorting efficiency includes:

Chain plate feeder:

Chain plate feeder is a device used for feeding, which is installed at the front end of solid waste sorting equipment or sorting line. It can provide materials evenly and at a uniform speed to keep the output at a suitable intensity. This is very important for the sorting of solid waste. Whether it is traditional manual sorting or solid waste sorting equipment, a stable and uniform feeding method is conducive to the sorting effect.

When the sorting speed maintains a stable intensity, a large part of the problem of unsatisfactory sorting efficiency can be solved. If the sorting intensity is unstable, there will be too much or too little feeding, which will affect the value of sorting.

If the feeding is too little, the processing is less, and the value of the sorting equipment cannot be brought into play; if the feeding is too much, the machine cannot sort it, and the sorting accuracy is poor. And if the sorting is more and less at one time, the sorting will certainly be even less ideal.

Air separator:

Air separator can solve the problem of too many light objects such as fluff and sponge in solid waste. Through the air separator, the difficulty of handling the subsequent sorting equipment can be reduced. Similarly, after using the air separator to remove these light objects, the pressure of the subsequent sorting machine will be smaller, the sorting speed will be faster, and the impact of these fluff on the equipment will be reduced.

Drum screen:

The purpose of drum screen is twofold. One is to remove materials with inappropriate particle size, and the other is to grade materials. To remove inappropriate materials, such as some large pieces of materials, the quantity is relatively small, and these can be picked up manually; smaller materials, such as soil blocks, small particles, etc. can be removed. After removing these things, the subsequent sorting speed will be faster, and it can also reduce the failure caused by these materials with inappropriate particle size.

Another is to grade the materials, because there are some graded punching holes in the drum screen, which can process the materials step by step. For example, if we have materials with large size differences, the sorting equipment cannot be fine-tuned, and the selection range is relatively large, so it will affect the sorting efficiency to some extent. If the materials can be classified by size, the equipment with different data after fine-tuning can be used to sort materials of different sizes, so the efficiency will be higher.
